What is the proper way to drink wine, whiskey and vodka?

In my opinion- just belting- leaning back and purposely “ tasting” the liquid as you “ chew” it, before swallowing.

Utmost wines profit from being decanted and left exposed to air for 30 twinkles to 120 twinkles. What generally happens with my group of musketeers is that we open the bottle, decant and draw off a “ taste” ( say 20 mL), just as the evening begins. In due course-and over gregarious discussion we also consume the wine, a little each time. Old wines of course, should be decanted gently and the consumed incontinently as they're veritably prone to oxidation.
So my rules-of-thumb might be ( keep in mind this is particular- so try it and find out your stylish timing)-

Whites-good Chardonnays, Rieslings, Gewurtz, Sauvignon blanc, Albarino = 30 to 45 twinkles- drink over an fresh 45 twinkles. Good Viogniers (Condrieu etc), = 90 min and drink over 60 twinkles.

Reds-good claret styles-decant 90 twinkles and drink over 90 twinkles (though the better groups of Bordeaux, Napa and Australia benefit from double this time.

Good Bourgogne = 45 min; good Oregon (which tend to be heavier and have a little too important oak), treat as claret = 90. Good Australian red treat as Bordeaux-with some of the Shiraz need in further.

Whether it's wine, whisky, vodka or beer you should drink with a happy heart and rather in the company of musketeers and family.

Wine it's stylish paired with commodity differently. For case, steak is absolutely succulent with ref wine. There are hundreds of kinds of wine and there are just as numerous foods to brace it with. Find them all!

Whiskey I'm a Kentucky man so I'm prejudiced towards bourbon. Bourbon is best drank with just a bitsy quantum of water to bring out the taste. Still, there are plenitude of amazing mixed bourbon drinks; the Manhattan being one of them. Drink mua chivas sluggishly and enjoy. It actually has flavor it's not Jack Daniels.

Vodka This is my least favorite alcoholic libation. Typically, I suggest for it to be poured down the drain. Still, there are a sprinkle of vodka mixed drinks worth trying. My fave is the Long Island Iced Tea. It does not taste like tea and people from Long Island can not handle it. Good stuff.

Rather of vodka I recommend beer, gin, and rum. All three of these are more pleasurable than vodka any day of the week.

With whiskies- indeed most spirits-I add just a splash of water, both to “ open up” the spirit and to just take the edge off the alsohol. How important? I ’m not sure as I do n’t measure, but if I assume 30mL- maybe 2 to 3 mL
.
